Register your interest now for your chance to experience the ultimate adrenaline rush and make a real difference to the lives of animals.

No previous experience is necessary to take part in the Forth Bridge Abseil - it's suitable for everyone over the age of 16. A team of highly skilled instructors will ensure you are equipped with all you need to make your abseil as safe and enjoyable as possible. Participants MUST be aged 16 years or over and parental consent is required for persons aged 16 or 17 wishing to abseil.

Each abseiler must pledge to raise a minimum of £120 for OneKind in sponsorship. Once registration opens, advance sponsorship of £20 is needed to confirm your place. Once you register, we provide all you need to get your fundraising off the ground, from sponsorship forms to press releases and hints and tips to help rope in your supporters.

Access to the Forth Rail Bridge is only possible due to the generosity of Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland and Network Rail. OneKind are delighted to work with them and Balfour Beatty to offer you this unique opportunity to abseil from the Forth Rail Bridge.
