Dog caught in snare in north Wales 04-23 While walking with his dog through a forest in north Wales, a local resident heard a 'commotion' and was shocked to find his pet caught in a snare. The dog was trying to escape from the device but in the process was strangling himself. The man managed to free the dog and save him from any injury.
